At the Yatsu Higata Nature Observation Center, many wild birds gather on the tidal flats, so we have a policy of not placing stuffed animals inside the building.
Therefore, all the bird models on display in the museum are "bird carving".
The bird carving is made by the volunteer "Bird Carving Group" of the Observation Center. The carefully crafted carving is used as a teaching material, just like the real thing.
