The number of pages is usually around 12-16. Since it is published every three months, the point is how to deliver the latest information, focusing on the news for the last three months and the next three months. Item Schedule Contents Next issue editorial meeting 50 days before issuance Decide the theme and author of each composition, and make separate writing requests. The manuscript request period is usually 20 days. Check the collection of manuscripts 30 days before issuance Not all manuscripts will be ready by the deadline, and we will remind author of undelivered items. Editing work for page creation 25 days before issuance One or two people who are good at personal computers will share the work and make a rough allocation including photos and illustrations. Even if some articles have not arrived, the train may be closed off. When it's roughly done, everyone will check it and take care of the layout, sentence correction, typographical errors, etc. Reflecting the Internet era, members may exchange intermediate results by e-mail on the way to get closer to the finished product. In order to improve the News Letters. and bring out the new taste, we are twisting the beginning of each issue, albeit little by little. •Combined book Issue 1 was issued in September 1995, and it became issue 100 in the January 1, 2021 issue, but 1-25, 26-50, 51-75 and 76-100 are stored as a combined book, and the center staffs and volunteers try to see it anytime.
